The Truro Farmers’ Market is home to over 50 vendors each Saturday. Located in the historic fire hall building, the market is a vibrant gathering place in the heart of the community. It features fresh local produce, baked goods, traditional and specialty crafts, art, delicious foods to eat on-site or take home, NS beer, wine, and spirits, meats, cheese, eggs, honey, seafood, flowers, plants and more!
You can also enjoy live music, children’s activities and one-stop shopping at this energetic, friendly market!

The Rath-Eastlink Community Centre is Truro’s premier recreation, fitness, and events facility. It offers a full range of health and wellness services to the community. The Centre has an NHL sized ice pad and an arena that can accommodate seating for 2,500 people. In addition, there is a three-lane walking and jogging track, an aquatic center featuring a therapeutic leisure pool and a competitive pool, a fitness and wellness center, a rock-climbing wall, and meeting and conference facilities.
